Mark is an experienced commercial litigator who uses his legal, practical and business experience to resolve his clients’ complex legal issues.

Mark’s practice emphasizes most aspects of commercial law, including creditors’ rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy law. After more than 37 years of experience in such matters, Mark has a strong background in business litigation, debt restructures, landlord and secured creditor representation, Uniform Commercial Code disputes and bankruptcy related litigation. He has represented a wide array of creditor and owner interests in bankruptcy cases nationally and has served as counsel to creditors' committees and bankruptcy trustees.

Mark is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association and their respective bankruptcy and creditor’s rights sections.  He has presented seminars on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collection and insolvency law topics.  He is admitted to federal and state trial courts within the State of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
